The surgeon you meet
is the surgeon who operates.

The surgeon named in your contract is the surgeon who operates, and we verify their licence, board certification and case volume before they enter the network, then re-verify annually. “Ghost surgery,” where an unnamed doctor substitutes for the one you met, is a documented problem in Korean cosmetic surgery and the single most common fear in every market we serve. Here is exactly what we check and what we can prove.

What we check

Four checks. Before your surgeon is named.

Licence

Checked against the Korean Medical Association register. Number recorded in your contract.

Specialty board

Gynecomastia is plastic surgery; reconstructive urology is urology. We record which board, because the distinction is where unqualified operators hide.

Case volume

Self-reported by the clinic, cross-checked against operating-room scheduling where the clinic permits. We label which figures are checked and which are declared.

Named in contract

The operating surgeon is named. A substitution without your written consent is a contract breach with defined remedies, not a complaint.

The honest limit

We cannot stand in the operating theatre.

What we cannot do is stand in the operating theatre. No facilitator can. What we can do is make substitution expensive and provable rather than deniable: a named surgeon in a signed contract, and funds we still hold.
