Privacy

Anonymous,
until you choose to be known.

You can get a surgeon shortlist, a written quote and a treatment plan without giving us your name. We ask for identity only when a booking is confirmed, because a hospital cannot admit an anonymous patient. Everything before that point is pseudonymous by design.

How anonymity works

Four things, answered plainly.

No account

No sign-up, no password, no marketing list. The reply comes to one channel you choose, and an alias inbox is fine.

What appears on your card

The billing descriptor is [neutral entity name], not a clinic or procedure name.

What we email, and when

Nothing unless you ask. No re-marketing, no "we noticed you were interested."

What the clinic learns, and when

Your name reaches the clinic only after you confirm. Before that they see a case summary, not a person.

What a consultation stores, and for how long

A consultation request stores what you wrote, the topics you picked, and the contact channel you gave for the reply. No IP address is stored with it, and it deletes itself 90 days after it arrives. We cannot look you up by name, because we never had one.

PLACEHOLDER: the billing descriptor named above is pending confirmation against the actual payment-processor contract (content spec §9 note 3).

Browsing privately

A shared device doesn't have to know either.

Page titles on this site name the condition or procedure directly, because that is the term you searched for and the term this site has to answer. Hiding it would just make the page impossible to find. What you can control is whether it ends up in a browsing history someone else can see.

Use a private window

Every browser has one. Closing it clears this visit from the visible history list, on this site and every other.

Analytics, and ad signals outside Europe

Visits are counted with analytics that starts denied on arrival. In Europe and the UK a banner asks first and nothing is written until you answer, and accepting there grants analytics only. Elsewhere the law asks us to tell you instead, so this card is the telling: after the first page, analytics and Google’s advertising signals are both granted, so ad performance can be measured. Your consultation is stored separately and never joined to a visit count. The button at the end of this page turns it all off from any country.

Nothing to sign into

There is no account and no login page a shared device could stay signed into on your behalf. The reply goes to the channel you chose, and nothing else is ever sent there.
