Penile enlargement is an elective cosmetic procedure chosen for appearance rather than a diagnosed medical condition: girth augmentation with an injectable filler, autologous fat or a dermal graft, or a length procedure that releases the suspensory ligament. It is a distinct vertical from the reconstructive procedures elsewhere on this site, and this page is not shown in every market: some locales route only the reconstructive procedures, because correcting a defect and altering a normal body are different claims where it matters.

Girth

Three materials, and only two carry a public price.

Girth procedures all do the same thing, placing material between the shaft skin and the underlying tissue, and differ in what that material is and how it behaves over time. Two of the three are quoted openly to international patients. The third, a sheet of processed dermis, is described in detail by Korean clinics and priced by none of them in English, which is worth knowing before a consultation steers you toward it. Separately from the per-material figures below, one Seoul clinic publishes a combined multi-component enlargement operation on its own English site at $5,500 to $11,500, priced in dollars and scaled to starting anatomy. That is a bundle rather than a single procedure, and the reason the range on /pricing/ runs higher than any one row here.

Length

It exposes, it does not add.

Roughly a third of the shaft is fixed inside the body, held there by the suspensory ligament. A length procedure releases that ligament so more of the shaft that already exists sits outside, and it is quoted to international patients at about $3,400 to $5,400, separately from any girth work. Three things follow from what it actually does: nothing is added, the change shows in the flaccid state far more than the erect one, and releasing the ligament costs some of the upward angle of the erection because the ligament is what provides it. Any page or quote describing a length procedure as growth is describing something that does not happen.

Tax

The 10% you used to get back you no longer do.

This is the one procedure on this site unambiguously classed as cosmetic, which in Korea means it carries 10% VAT. Until the end of 2025 a foreign patient could reclaim that, under a scheme running since April 2016 at clinics registered to treat international patients. The government abolished it in the 2025 tax reform plan, effective 1 January 2026. The 10% is now simply part of the price. Older guides still describe the refund as available, and so do some clinics' own English pages, which have not been updated. A budget built on getting it back is a budget that is 10% short.

The limit

What no one will put in writing.

No figure on this page is a size outcome, and you will not be given one before surgery, not here and not by the clinic. Korean medical advertising law prohibits a clinic from promising a result, and a facilitator promising one on a clinic's behalf is the same claim in a different mouth. What can honestly be quoted is the material, the volume placed, how that material behaves over time, and the price. That is what this page carries, and the absence of a size promise is the point rather than an omission.

Questions worth asking before you book.

Which girth material lasts?
A dermal matrix sheet is the durable option. Clinics state that donor dermis is revascularised and replaced by your own tissue over roughly three months. Autologous fat partially reabsorbs and is planned with a top-up. Injectable filler is quoted by volume and is the least durable. Note that the two with public international-patient prices are the two less durable ones; the durable option is quoted only after consultation, which is a reason to ask for its price early rather than late.
Is a length procedure the same as enlargement?
No. A girth procedure adds material. A length procedure releases the suspensory ligament so that more of the shaft that already exists sits outside the body. It exposes rather than adds, shows more in the flaccid state than the erect one, and costs some of the erection's upward angle. The two are frequently sold together and they are not the same claim.
How much does penile enlargement cost in Korea for a foreign patient?
International patients are quoted about $2,700–$5,400 for filler girth augmentation and $4,000–$6,700 for fat grafting, converted from ₩4,000,000–₩10,000,000 at 1,485 KRW to the dollar. A length procedure is $3,400–$5,400 on top. One Seoul clinic publishes a combined multi-component operation at $5,500–$11,500 in dollars on its own English site. Can I still claim the VAT refund on cosmetic surgery in Korea?
No. The refund scheme for foreign patients ran from April 2016 and was abolished in the 2025 tax reform plan, effective 1 January 2026. The 10% VAT on a cosmetic procedure is now part of what you pay. Any guide still describing the refund as available is out of date.
Is penile enlargement available everywhere Lowden & Co operates?
