Every quote is written, held in your currency, and confirmed before you pay anything. The ranges below are what Seoul clinics quote international patients, not the lower domestic figures published in Korean, which you will not be offered. They are the observed market rate rather than a Lowden & Co price list, and your grade or diagnosis sets the actual quote. Every figure on this page carries its source and the date it was checked. See the methodology line at the foot of the page.
No add-on discovered on the day. Your written quote is what you pay, confirmed in writing before you book.
The range is technique, and it is wide: liposuction alone sits at the bottom, gland excision in the middle, and a combined excision-and-liposuction operation at the top. Grade decides which you need, so the grade decides where in this range you land. See the condition page before assuming the low end.
Published as ₩3,700,000–₩12,000,000
Most of this is the device itself, which is why the floor is high and the ceiling is not much higher. Malleable rods sit at the bottom, a three-piece inflatable at the top. An overnight stay is normally inside the quoted figure for this one.
Published as ₩12,000,000–₩20,000,000
Girth by material: injectable filler at the bottom, fat grafting toward the middle. The top of the range is a bundle: one Seoul clinic publishes its combined multi-component enlargement operation at $5,500–$11,500 on its own English site, priced in dollars rather than won and scaled to starting anatomy. A length procedure on its own is $3,400–$5,400. Cosmetic, so the 10% VAT below applies, and not offered in every market. See the procedure page.
Published as ₩4,000,000–₩10,000,000 for a single girth procedure
Published as a “from” figure for curvature correction and almost nothing else. English price lists for this procedure are genuinely scarce, and grafting and implant cases are quoted only after examination. Treat $3,800 as the plication floor, not as an estimate for your case.
Published as from ₩5,600,000
No English-language price list exists for buried-penis release, scrotal webbing, foreign-body removal or a testicular prosthesis. Each is quoted after examination, because what the operation involves is not knowable before one. We would rather print this sentence than a number we cannot stand behind.
Converted at 1,485 KRW to the US dollar, except where a clinic prices in dollars directly. Clinics publish these as “from” prices; the dollar figures move with the rate, and the ranges are what the international-patient market charges rather than a price Lowden & Co has contracted. Foreign-patient prices published on Seoul clinics’ English-language sites and on Korean medical-tourism platforms (https://us-uk.bookimed.com/clinics/country=republic-of-korea/), measured 2026-07-28.
Worth knowing why these ranges are ranges. Korean clinics are required to publish a fee schedule in Korean, and they do. Their English-language sites are a different matter: of the Seoul men's clinics running full English sites for international patients, most publish detailed procedure pages and no prices at all. The figure arrives only after you make contact and identify yourself. That is precisely backwards for a patient whose first requirement is to stay anonymous while he works out whether to go, and it is the reason this page exists in the shape it does.
Korean clinics quote a figure that looks all-in. Mostly it is. The distance between it and what you actually hand over is made of small items, and they are the same small items every time, so here they are in advance.
| Normally inside the quoted price | Normally not |
|---|---|
| The surgery and the surgeon’s fee | Medication beyond the initial post-operative course: budget $340–$1,350 |
| Anaesthesia: sedation or general, per the surgical plan | Additional or replacement compression garments |
| Facility and theatre fees | An interpreter, unless the clinic states otherwise in writing |
| Pre-operative tests and, where relevant, diagnostic ultrasound | Airport transfer and accommodation: budget $670–$2,020 for a month’s stay |
| The first compression garment | Revision surgery, including revision of a result you are unhappy with |
| Suture removal and, typically, two follow-up consultations | The consultation fee where one is charged ($70–$200), though it is usually credited against treatment |
| One night’s stay, where the procedure requires it |
A 10% deposit to hold a surgical date is standard practice. With Lowden & Co the deposit terms are put in writing before you pay: the amount, what it buys, and the refund conditions. That is the only part of this page that is a Lowden & Co term rather than a market observation. See /recourse/.
Until the end of 2025, a foreign patient could reclaim the 10% value-added tax charged on a cosmetic procedure in Korea, through a scheme that had run since April 2016 at clinics registered to treat international patients. The government abolished it in the 2025 tax reform plan, effective 1 January 2026. That 10% is now simply part of the price on anything classed as cosmetic: on this site, penile enlargement. Older guides, and some clinics’ own English pages, still describe the refund as available. It is not, and a quote built on the assumption that you will get it back is a quote that is 10% wrong.
